Training new SEO talent

My SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) training trip to Europe in August was a great success. I had a priviledge to meet with a few talented young people from the organisation called KMVU. Josip, Aleksandar and Boris were a few students that were exceptionally interested in the SEO industry.

We started with a few basic elements in the two SEO categories:

1. On-site Optimisation
2. Off-site Optimisation

On site optimisation covered all the things that one can do a to a website to make it more search engine friendly. In the off site optimisation part focused on the website's external environment and its linking structure.

Their first real world project was ProVukovar website which they optimised for the phrase "Multimedia Vukovar". Although this was a relatively easy task, it was a good starting point and a way to quickly apply all the new SEO knowledge.

Next set of projects will be:

• IVEDC (Australia)
• Gift Ideas | My Gift Ideas (Australia)
• BHUB (Germany)
