JSET is a refereed professional journal that presents up-to-date information and opinions about issues, research, policy, and practice related to the use of technology in the field of special education. It is a traditional print-on-paper publication (4 issues per year) that is sent to subscribers and members of the Technology and Media Division of the Council for Exceptional Children (TAM). Access to this online edition is provided free of charge.
The project has been designed in partnership between the Canadian Ministry of Education and Training, the University of Toronto, and other agencies, to support educators of students with special needs.
