By the way, I use the amazing Mac software ScreenFlow to copy and edit this. It is $100 but very very simple and effective for making multimedia from web material.

Hi Kerry, This is my first post in me.edu.au, better late then never! Re:http://neotenousvid.blip.tv/file/610960 FLV downloaded the best with fair visual for text slide pages. QT mp4's - the slowest to download. 3gp - text not readable, WMV - best video quality, but buffers all over again when you press pause. Im on wireless broadband connecting at 7.2Mbps. I usally go with FLV's where possible, for web. And looks like your having a fab time SL : )

Moviestorm looks great, we use Adobe Premier Pro for our videos etc.
