The reading I am reflecting on for this post is, The Reflective Practitioner, by Dr Pak Yoong.
Mood: Sneezing from hayfever; little tired and itchy throat.

Universities need to embrace more non-logical methods of thinking
Reflective practices that value “spontaneous behavior..[to] reveal a kind of knowing…” (p.1)

Yes~ almost all of us seek to put-off-till later something that really needs to be tackled right now. Even if it is just for 5-15 minutes. Here are some helpful links to get you motivated and to navigate that procrastination voice~

Whenever one is writing/dancing/expressing their critical review, it is a good idea to note your mood. Just helps you later to put into context the tone and content of what you say.
My mood right now is: overtired~ Humidity + Heat of tarmac + Busy day = Losing it!
