It is with much fear and trepidation that I present my first DIY Podcast in the form of a Video ReMix of material provided by NASA (and others): youtu.be/pYgqct9f8T8 Why did I do this? Its a long (but important to me) story so sit down, grab a drink and see if you can join the [...]

Had a great time flying my recently acquired (and repaired) Art-Hobby gliders at SSL club field at Milang yesterday. The 2 Metre Boar has performed faultlessly since I bought it from Greg a few months back. Having totally destroyed (and re-built with my new carbon fibre skills) the Agena, I am pleased to report that [...]

Last year I was lucky to be involved in a project at the University of Adelaide Faculty of Sciences. I have blogged, tweeted, flickr(ed) and you-tubed extensively on my involvement, particularly with regard to the technical pedagogical experiments taken in #sc1100 science1100, principles and practices of science. This post is an attempt [...]
In recent weeks I have derived a great deal of value (and pleasure) from delving back into old blog posts while researching some work related topics. Just noticed I have never blogged about the joyous techno-geeky aspects of my new found hobby radio controlled airplanes. Must fix that! Fang - Mike Seyfang technorati tags:seyfang, mikeseyfang

Yesterday I had the good fortune to help out with the food2050 Reframing the agenda, food security to 2050 forum held at the National Wine Centre in Adelaide, South Australia. It was a great event, well run and enhanced through some great social media coverage (that I would like to think was influenced by [...]
