I think we both secretly harboured a desire not to run slower than 6 minutes per km as an average. For those having issues with my maths for 600m pace. 3:36 is 6 minute pace, 3:00 is 5 minute pace and not that I have got there 2:24 is 4 minute pace. I think that[..]
