Description : In this article, Dr Stephanie Burns describes the pre-course phase of online learning and its relationship to human behaviour e.g. negative self talk and the change of focus from the fun of learning to what has to be done. Using a group of 37 volunteers, she has encouraged them to write emails about how they feel about doing an e-course prior to the starting date.
